We will investigate any complaint carefully and promptly and do all we can to explain the position to you. If we have given you a less than satisfactory service, we will do everything reasonable to put it right.
Any complaint should be referred to our principal, Michael White at M G White Chartered Accountants, 15 Rye Hill Road, Harlow, Essex CM18 7JE or by email to michael@mgwhiteaccountants.com. We will provide a response to all complaints within 28 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint you may take up the matter with our regulator. We are regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and you may contact them at https://www.icaew.com/regulation/complaints-process/make-a-complaint. In the unlikely event that we cannot meet any potential liability to you, you may be able to claim compensation under the Chartered Accountants’ Compensation Scheme.
